Find out what ARC Intelligence does, how it can support healthcare transformation, who it is designed for and what to expect as the platform develops.
What is ARC Intelligence?
ARC Intelligence is developing AI-powered software to help healthcare organisations deliver complex transformation programmes more efficiently.
Built around specialist healthcare delivery expertise, ARC is designed to help teams develop essential delivery documentation, identify risks and dependencies earlier, make better-informed decisions and retain valuable programme knowledge.
Its focus is healthcare transformation and programme delivery, not patient-facing services or clinical diagnosis.
Who is it for?
ARC is being developed for hospitals, health systems and health authorities, as well as the consultancies, systems integrators and technology vendors supporting their transformation programmes.
It is particularly relevant to CIOs, Programme Directors, PMO leaders, clinical and operational transformation teams, and those responsible for implementing and optimising healthcare technology.
Can ARC support a programme that has already started?
Yes, this is an important part of ARC's intended approach.
ARC is designed to support organisations at any stage of transformation, from initial mobilisation and implementation through to programme recovery, go-live and ongoing optimisation.
By building on existing programme information and delivery knowledge, ARC aims to help teams understand their current position, identify priorities and move forward without having to start again.
Does ARC replace programme leaders or existing systems?
No. ARC is designed to support healthcare delivery teams, not replace the people responsible for managing programmes or making important clinical, operational and executive decisions.
It provides intelligent guidance, practical recommendations and draft delivery outputs that teams can review, refine and approve.
ARC is also not intended to replace existing EPR systems or project management platforms. Integration with other systems would be assessed as part of future customer engagements and should not be assumed to be available today.
Is the platform available to use today?
A working ARC prototype has already been developed and undergone initial technical validation, before external investment.
The next stage is to prepare the platform for enterprise use and undertake controlled customer evaluations to demonstrate its value in real healthcare transformation environments.
ARC is not currently available as a public self-service product. Organisations interested in exploring future evaluations or partnerships are welcome to contact us.
What programme information would ARC work with?
ARC is designed to work with information healthcare programmes already produce, including programme plans, risk and issue logs, decisions, clinical workflows, meeting notes, testing and training documentation, and readiness evidence.
It also incorporates the practical knowledge and experience of the people involved in delivery, helping to preserve context that may not be formally documented.
The information required, permissions and scope would be agreed before any controlled customer evaluation. This website does not accept programme document uploads.
How would organisational information be handled?
Protecting organisational information is an important part of ARC's development.
The platform is being designed around controlled access, evidence traceability, human review and the separation of customer-specific information from reusable platform knowledge.
Before any customer evaluation involving organisational information, appropriate security, access, data protection and information governance arrangements would need to be agreed and verified. Enterprise security hardening remains part of the next development stage.
Please do not send patient information or confidential programme documents through the website or by email.
