Privacy & website information.
How this corporate website handles contact and website information.
Contact enquiries
The form asks for your name, email address, optional organisation, enquiry type and message so ARC can respond to your enquiry. The corporate website contact service is independent of the ARC Intelligence software product.
Enquiries are sent securely through Hostinger Email to ARC’s enquiry mailbox. ARC uses the information to respond and manage the conversation. Emails and subsequent correspondence are retained in that mailbox according to its settings and Hostinger’s service policies.
The website does not save form details in browser storage or an enquiry database, and its application does not log message content. Short-lived request tokens and hashed submission and rate-limit records help prevent abuse and repeated delivery. These records expire after up to 30 minutes and are cleared during subsequent contact-service requests. Hosting and email providers may process IP addresses and technical information to operate and protect the service.
If sending fails, the form retains your information in the page and shows an error. A submission confirmation means the email server accepted the message; it does not guarantee inbox delivery. Please do not include patient information, confidential programme documentation or other sensitive information.
