Every programme should make the next one stronger.
We are building ARC Intelligence to turn healthcare transformation experience into practical software that helps organisations deliver complex programmes more efficiently, make better-informed decisions and reduce repeated effort.
By retaining delivery knowledge, decisions and lessons learned, ARC aims to ensure that the expertise gained through one programme continues to benefit the organisation long after it ends.
Why ARC exists
ARC Intelligence was founded by Raj Chauhan, drawing on more than 20 years of leading healthcare technology transformation across the UK and GCC, from EPR implementation and go-live through to programme recovery and optimisation.
Throughout that experience, the same challenges appeared repeatedly: fragmented delivery knowledge, risks identified too late, duplicated effort and a continued reliance on specialist teams to solve problems that had often been addressed before.
When programmes ended and teams moved on, valuable experience and decision-making knowledge could leave with them.
ARC was created to change that.
What we're building
ARC turns healthcare delivery expertise into AI-powered software designed to help organisations deliver complex transformation programmes more efficiently, with stronger control and less reliance on large, temporary delivery teams.
By combining established delivery methodologies with programme evidence and ongoing developments, ARC aims to identify risks earlier, accelerate the development of plans, workflows and delivery documentation, and support better-informed decisions.
Importantly, the knowledge gained throughout delivery remains available to support ongoing improvement and future transformation.
Where we are today
A working ARC prototype has already been developed and undergone initial technical validation, before external investment.
Our next priority is preparing the platform for enterprise use and working with healthcare organisations to demonstrate its value through controlled customer evaluations.
We welcome conversations with healthcare organisations, technology and delivery partners, and investors interested in helping shape the next stage of ARC Intelligence.
